Pallet Day Run — frequently asked questions
What is the Pallet Day Run?
A scheduled, UK-wide pallet collection and delivery service that runs on fixed weekdays. Your freight is collected kerbside, enters our overnight pallet network, and is delivered the next working day as standard.
What is the latest booking cut-off time?
Bookings must be made by 4pm the working day before collection. Bookings received after 4pm are treated as the next working day's collection.
Which days do you run?
We run a fixed weekday service from Monday to Friday. Weekend and Saturday deliveries are available by arrangement and may incur an additional surcharge.
What pallet sizes and weights do you accept?
We accept quarter (up to 250kg, max 0.6m tall), half (up to 500kg, max 1.0m tall), full (up to 1000kg, max 2.2m tall) and oversize/non-standard pallets. Oversize loads are priced individually.
What is included in the price?
Kerbside collection and delivery anywhere in the UK, next-day or economy transit options, full goods-in-transit insurance, live GPS tracking, electronic proof of delivery and support from our UK-based dispatch team.
Are there extra charges for timed or weekend deliveries?
Timed AM, pre-10:30 and Saturday delivery options are available on request. These may carry an additional surcharge depending on the postcode and service level chosen.
Can you carry hazardous or temperature-controlled goods?
Yes, hazardous and temperature-controlled loads can be handled by arrangement. Please tell us the product class and temperature requirements when booking so we can provide the right vehicle and documentation.
Do you cover remote UK postcodes?
We collect and deliver across the UK including remote areas. Standard prices apply to most UK postcodes; Highlands, islands and some remote areas may require a custom quote.
